BIOFIT...STUFF YOUR FACE...LOSE WEIGHT...

 


    "221!" I shouted after stepping on the scale.  I started crying uncontrollably.  19 diets and all of them failed.  I just keep getting bigger and I was embarrased in my own skin. 

    I had always been athletic, but once I got married and had 3 beautiful kids, the weight just pilled on.  I could never imagine being over 200 lbs, let alone 221.  For years I tried every thing to get my old body back. From fad diets, starving myself, even fitness programs...but nothing worked long term.  I woul lose a few pounds and gain even more back. I was depressed and desperate for a solution.

    I was ready to give up, I was crying in the bathroom because I had just checked the scale and it carried bad news. The door opened and it was Jerry “Another one bites the dust?” he said. Through my tears I mustered a “Yeah, I’m giving up,this is my life, I’m going to be fat forever”.

     He said... "nope... we’re not going that route, failure is not an option. I know you’ve tried every diet out there… So, we are going to come up with something entirely new” And after a hug that lasted about 10 minutes, We got right to work…

    It took us 6 months of grulling hard work to find the solution we were looking for. It was a completely unique perspective on the weight loss problem. I was amazed that with a few tweaks you can incorporate desserts and junk food into your diet without affecting the results.

    “Eureka!”... Suddenly it was crystal clear what we needed to do. It took weeks for us to track down all the ingredients we needed, but we finally managed to find all of them.

    After just 4 months, I had entirely lost all my baby weight and even 5 pounds more for good measure. I’ll never forget the day, I walked into the room with my head held tall as I was fitting snugly into my prematurity t-shirt and skinny jeans, I was beaming.

    What I saw in the mirror was a new woman, my smile came back, my posture changed my face got brighterand I started to go out again, even to the beach. And as far as our relationships was concerned, I felt like we were on our honeymoon all over again.

    I am so happy with my results that I have decided to share this simple 3-second routine with everyone I know.
